Applicant Eligibility: Only the primary resident or lead household member may apply. Contractors and visitors are not eligible to apply and must instead receive permission from the resident or leaseholder.

Estate-Specific Application: Applications must be submitted for the correct estate. Applications submitted for the wrong estate will not be approved.

Application Timing: Please allow sufficient time to book permits for visitors and contractors, especially if you require assistance.

Processing Hours: Applications are processed Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Applications submitted over the weekend will not be reviewed until the next business day.
